What is the Noundation?
We are a collective of designers, developers and creatives who share the goal of making web3 easier to use.
Without good builders, we believe that it will take longer and be more difficult for the digital world to prioritize and adopt more decentralized experiences. Furthermore, we put an emphasis on design as a tool to bring mass adoption to blockchain.
By focusing our efforts in providing and building general awareness around web3 resources, tools, frameworks, and education, the aim is to make them easier to access and utilize. By attracting more designers and developers, the idea would be to onboard them into the web3 space through the Nouns ecosystem.
Our initial focus is to provide a range of resources to help you build your Web3 projects in a more efficient and impactful way through collaboration, education, support, and funding.
Ultimately, the goal is to establish a network of skilled builders and makers who continue make a net-positive impact on the space as a byproduct of their membership in the community.
Why Nouns?
Nouns is a perfect storm of the execution of innovative ideas, the complexity of governance challenges, and a disproportionately large pool of talent and skillsets. The community embodies a unique culture that prioritizes things such as decentralized public goods and infrastructure, solving massive problems, unlocking tremendous value along the way. It makes sense to us that the variety of the use cases and quality of the product design challenges that are encountered in this ecosystem will translate to making a significant impact over a long-term time horizon.
